Polyclonal antibody는 염소(goat) 혈청에서 친화 정제(affinity purification)로 분리되었습니다. Anti-mouse IgG의 heavy chain와 light chain에 모두 결합합니다. anti-mouse IgG antibody는 다른 종의 면역글로불린과의 교차 반응성(cross-reactivity)에 대해서는 아직 시험되지 않았습니다.
